Received my order just in time for Australian Winter - and the coats are fantastic! Quality is great and looking forward to be warm and dry all winter.

Consider your money gone if there is a problem with FedEx. Manière de voir is not going to help you about that and refund you.

The minute there is an issue they do not try to solve it, they propose no solution you just have to handle it yourself while you paid for express shipping. No commercial gesture as well because even if you paid for express shipping it is not their problem if there are issues. They do not propose any refund as well so avoid this company at any cost.

Update: They finally refunded me after many complaints.

Great customer service from Emma/Amie. My top arrived and unfortunately was faulty and the girls easily exchanged this for me with no issues. Great customer service girls, I love purchasing from Maniere De Voir and it makes it much more reassuring that issues can be fixed easily and happily.
